The Tiger closer Alex Lange shut the door on the Toronto Blue Jays with a clean ninth inning! The Blue Jays were sent to their bird nest hitless on the day. The Tiger starter Matt Manning went 6 2/3 innings and then Jason Foley went an inning and third. The Saturday high was a no hitter tossed by three Tiger pitchers in a 2-0 win. The Detroit Tigers went into the All-Star break on a Saturday high and a Sunday low! ![]()
